Tennis Whizz Pre-School for Ages 3-5

Ask any school teacher, and she/he will tell you that the preschool years are critical to a child’s development. At Tennis Whizz, we’ll help your child build a strong foundation for tennis, sports and academics. Each lesson includes early learning fundamentals such as:

• Literacy - letter sounds, vocabulary and rhymes
• Scoring - numeracy, patterns, sorting and counting
• Skills for Success - memory, creativity, focus and problem solving

Tennis Whizz Instructors Are Trained To Teach— And Not Just Tennis!
Our skilled instructors know how preschools learn best. Using a fun, storytelling approach, they guide youngsters through the process of learning tennis fundamentals and so much more. While your child is fully engaged in the sport, he or she will also be acquiring:

At Tennis Whizz, we encourage parents to participate alongside their children, acting as cheerleaders, coaches and playmates, but, most importantly. creating meaningful bonding experiences and lasting memories! When parents and coaches work together, children experience more success and develop more confidence.

Your Active Child
Physical activity is important for a child’s health and overall well-being and learning to enjoy physical activity now will help instill healthy habits for a lifetime. Whether a child develops a lifelong love of tennis or moves to other sports, she/he will learn to associate physical activity with fun!

Build Social Skills
At Tennis Whizz, your child will have the opportunity to play and cooperate with other children. Our students learn important social skills such as sharing, listening, helping, and more. During Tennis Whizz lessons, instructors help children develop key social skills such as:

• Working together by cooperating and sharing
• Social awareness including caring, listening and helping
• Application skills including trying, improving and achieving

Tennis Whizz is a perfect complement to SPORTIME Eager Explorers Daycare. Membership is not required.
